Lost Ark: Amazon about unjustified spell
We had recently reported that that with the big spelling shaft not only bots and goldsellers , but also some innocent players from Lost Ark from the Fantasywelt Arkesia were spared. Double annoying: Despite contradiction, there was often no help from the support, the frustration with many banners sat deep.

Yesterday, community presenter Roxx from Amazon Games had first expressed criticism in a complaint post in the official forum and promised an internal investigation. A first update only brought the realization that many of the supposedly unjustified spinals were carried out at a time when it went above all accounts to the collar, which had bought on third-provider pages "Keys" for Lost Ark.
Speed Hack and Lag are not the same
A few hours ago then there was the final update: apparently the problem had nothing to do with the third-party keys. Instead, it was probably a sparking program for speed hacks, which has not only marked many actual speed-hack users for the spell, but also (a few) players who had to fight for the wrong time with lags and joining problems.
All banners unjustified by the tracking program should now have access to their account again. Of course, all other negative effects for the account will be lifted. Roxx apologizes for the stress and the irritation. The developers work continuously hard to further improve tools such as the program mentioned above so that such errors will no longer appear in the future. Not a possible compensation for the affected Roxx not.
